Instructions for installing software
for access via Citrix
1.
Open
up Internet Explorer and navigate to http://www.oneillpatient.co.uk
2.
On the
left hand side, scroll down to the bottom and click on ‘Staff Area’
3.
If you
have previously used Citrix, you should have already installed the Citrix
Client software. If this is the case, please click here.
4.
Click
on Install Citrix Web
Client in the Support Info section in the bottom half of the page
5.
Depending
on how your computer is set up, you may see the following box.

6.
Click
‘Run’, and wait while the file is downloaded – this may take some time on a
slower Internet connection

7.
Again,
depending on your setup, you may see the following box – click ‘Run’……

8.
…….and
wait while the client is installed

9.
If all
goes well, you should see the following

The software in now installed. Click here for instructions
on logging in to Citrix
