Open
up Internet Explorer and navigate to http://www.oneillpatient.co.uk

On the
left hand side, scroll down to the bottom and click on ‘Staff Area’

Click
on Citrix in the Application section in the top half of the window

Please
wait while you are redirected to the appropriate website. If nothing happens
after a few seconds, click the link as instructed
5.
Log in
using your normal network password username and password. If you are unsure
what should be entered into the Domain box, please contact IT

The
first time you log in, you may see the following. Please click on Detect
Clients

If you
see the following screen, then you either have not installed the Citrix Client
software, or something has gone wrong during the installation. If you are
certain that the software has been installed correctly, you could try clicking
on Already Installed (in the Troubleshooting options box on the right hand
side), otherwise you should return to the staff area and follow the link to install the Citrix
Client software (or click here)

If
detection was successful, you should see the following screen. If so, please
proceed here. If not, please continue with the next step
9.
You
may get a pop-up box explaining the ‘Information Bar’. This is a thin yellow
strip running along the top of the window. Please click OK to this message. You
then need to right click on the yellow bar at the top of the window and select
‘Run ActiveX Control’

If you
have a pop-up blocker, you may see the following screen. Otherwise, please click here to proceed
Again, you need to Right click on the yellow bar at the top of the window and
select ‘Always Allow Pop-ups from this site’

Say
yes to the following message

You
may then see the following screen. If so, select ‘Pop-ups enabled’

If you
have made it this far, you have installed the relevant software and can now
launch the Desktop application. Click on the ‘Desktop’ icon

Click
OK to accept the ONP legal disclaimer……

….and
wait while the server logs you in

Accept
the default options if you see this window
17.
You
are now logged in. Click cancel if you are prompted to log in to the Citrix
Program Neighborhood Agent
18.
Congratulations!!
You have successfully installed, configured and connected to Citrix.
Future connections from will be significantly easier, as you will not have to
download and install the software again (unless, of course, you move to another
machine which has never accessed Citrix before)
